The Windfall Trust brings together technologists, economists, and policymakers to plan for an AI-transformed economy where no one is left behind.
Through scenario research, policy development, and global public engagement, the Windfall Trust works to ensure that the enormous wealth generated by advanced AI supports all of humanity, rather than concentrating in the hands of a few. The Trust convenes technologists, economists, and policymakers to stress-test assumptions about AI’s economic futures, build a policy atlas of concrete responses to labor displacement and wealth concentration, and surface the expectations of people across dozens of countries — addressing both the acute disruptions and structural inequalities that transformative AI is poised to create.
